How does a 24-hour rate lock work?
Lock today’s rate on any pair and use it for payments over the next 24 hours, up to the amount you locked. If you don’t use it, the lock simply expires with no charge.
Can I require two people to approve payments?
Yes. Set approval rules by amount, currency or recipient, and nothing above your limit leaves without a second sign-off from someone you choose.
What happens if a payment is returned?
If a payment is returned, it is automatically refunded to the source. You can follow its status in the app and by webhook.
